Description

High-frequency welded finned tubes are formed by rapid welding of metal fins and base tubes through resistance heat generated by high-frequency current.


Select suitable base tubes and fin materials, and press the metal strips into spiral, straight or other shaped fins through a forming machine
Use high-frequency current (100-400 kHz) to generate instantaneous high temperature at the contact surface between the fins and the base tube, so that the material is partially melted. Apply pressure to combine the molten metal to form a continuous and dense weld.

It has high heat transfer efficiency, and the fins significantly increase the surface area, enhancing convection and radiation heat transfer. Compared with integrally rolled or extruded finned tubes, the cost is reduced by 30%-50%. Long service life, high welding strength, and excellent thermal fatigue resistance.
